We caught up with Jenson Button at the second ever Jenson Button Trust Triathlon event at the Luton HOO. The event, sponsored by Chobani Yoghurt saw professional triathletes, amateurs and first timers competing in the swim, cycle and run race.
Jenson talks about the event itself, the importance of nutrition when training for endurance events and refuelling after competing.
