Tri-Sport Epping Try a Tri

Tri-Sport Epping will once again be holding their annual Try a Tri on 20 June at Ongar Leisure Centre, Essex. Now in its 16th year this popular and friendly event gives novices and newbies the chance to get a taste of triathlon with a 300m pool swim, scenic 2 lap 21km bike and an off road flat 4km run.

To get you prepared for the big day all entrants are invited to attend two "train before you tri" coaching days that will include theory and practical sessions to guide you in your first steps into the rapidly growing sport that is triathlon.

This years event is sponsored by local triathlon retailers Tri and Run (www.triandrun.com) will be supplying goody bags to all competitors.
