This weekend's line up for the 220 Triathlon Live! seminars

With the 220 Triathlon Live! seminars now under way in Theatre 1 at TCR11, here's the running order for the weekend.

Seminars are included in the cost of entry, no need to book but arrive early!

Don't forget to join the 220 team at TCR 2011 in the 220 Subscriber Lounge, located in the Sports Bar next to the main entrance. 220 subscribers will get free entry into the Lounge, expert advice and personal coaching from some of 220's biggest names plus a goody bag and refreshments.
