Feel the burn of Challenge Roth with 'Chrysalis'

Want to crank up your pre-season prep? Race organisers Challenge Family have joined forces with ominously-named bike training video specialist The Sufferfest to create a 1hr bike/run video aimed at triathletes.
The high-intensity video is designed to be used with a stationary bike and treadmill, and features footage from the Challenge Roth long-distance race in Germany.
Called ‘Chrysalis’, it takes the viewer through a warm-up and a series of four run/bike brick sessions, and is available here.
