Infographic from insurer Yellow Jersey reveals just how many athletes will race in Hyde Park, and shares some interesting figures from last year's event

With Hyde Park becoming an ever-bigger draw on the World Triathlon Series tour, insurer Yellow Jersey has put together a sharp little infographic revealing just how popular it now is.
Among the surprising stats shared is that last year’s athletes racked up an incredible 328,313km of total travel, equivalent to more than eight times around the earth. For this year, WTS London is predicted to host 6,000 athletes and 60,000 spectators.
