With just over three months left until Challenge Henley and the Henley Half 2013, it's time to ask yourself: are you up for the Challenge?

One of the undoubted highlights of the UK triathlon calendar, Challenge Henley and the Henley Half attracts some of the fastest and toughest athletes from around the UK and Europe. This year, you could be one of them. With just three months to go there are still places available on the start line of both the Full and Half Distance race on Sunday 8th September.

Showcasing the best of its quintessentially British surrounds, this year's Challenge Henley promises to be the fastest yet (and the 2012 race has already been proven to be the fastest pound-for-pound long distance event in the UK). The lightning-quick out-and-back swim takes place on the prestigious Thames' Royal Regatta course, before the 180km rolling bike leg (on closed roads) winds its way through the picturesque Chiltern Hills. Back in town for the run, expect thousands of spectators on a riverside course that is perfect for athletes and supporters alike.

Stephen Bayliss will be back on the start line to defend the crown he won in such impressive fashion in 2012, while Bella Bayliss will be looking to go one place better than her second at last year's race. But it won't be easy. With a stellar pro field assembling (not to mention some lightning-quick age-groupers), it should be a fantastic day of racing.

With entry spots available you can still be part of one of the best long distance races in the UK. Simply click here to register for the race.
