Outlaw Triathlon has today opened up entries to the first three of its event series for the race season in 2022.

The award-winning long-distance multisport event series is based in some of the most beautiful locations across the UK, with a keen focus on athlete experience and offering 'fair entry prices'.

In addition to popular events in Nottingham and Holkham, the 2021 season saw the introduction of the inaugural Outlaw Half Bowood, with hundreds flocking to the South West to race around the stunning 4,000-acre Bowood Estate, otherwise known as a setting for Downton Abbey and Poldark.

After great success, the Bowood middle-distance race will return to our race calendars in 2022, alongside already firm favourites including Outlaw’s only full-distance event, which is based in Nottingham and was the first event of the series to launch in 2010.

Now, entries are open for the first three races in 2022, including Outlaw Half Nottingham, Outlaw Half Holkham and Outlaw Triathlon, with the rest due to open later this month.

All events will also be putting on ‘Future Outlaw’ races where children from the ages of four to 16 can take part in running 1.2 mile or 2.4 mile events around part of the larger race course. The whole family can get involved at Outlaw, with food stands, spectator areas and buzzing atmospheres.

Outlaw 2022 race series:

  • 15 May: Outlaw Half Nottingham
  • 3 July: Outlaw Half Holkham
  • 24 July: Outlaw Triathlon
  • 4 September: Outlaw Half Bowood
  • 25 September: Outlaw X Thoresby Park
