Surrey Sports Park in Guildford has opened a new triathlon-focused testing and training facility where athletes can assess their health and performance and get expert support.
The Surrey Human Performance Institute for Triathlon puts athletes through four key performance assessments (body composition, cycling and sub maximal lactate test, running sub maximal test and a swimming lactate test), with packages starting at £99.
A weekend triathlon training camp will be hosted by the Institute on the weekend of 5th/6th April for all levels of athlete, offering expertise, testing and advice on how to train smarter, priced at £399. More info here.
