With Challenge Roth just days away now (see our preview article here), 220's Helen grabbed a chat with Luke McKenzie as he prepares to take on the race for the first time.

McKenzie was at the World Cycling Centre in Aigle for the launch of the new Scott Plasma 5 (find out more here) and we asked for his thoughts on the upcoming race, why Roth holds such appeal for him as an Ironman and how he plans to prepare for Kona later in the year. He also talks about his new tri bike and why getting the right fit is so important.

220’s Matt Baird will be on-site all weekend at Challenge Roth, so keep an eye on our Twitter feed and check out his post-race report on 220triathlon.com.
