The 23rd annual Ballbuster duathlon will take place next month around the hills of Surrey, bringing a fresh challenge to those people with energy left after the 2013 triathlon season.

The event starts on 9 November with an eight-mile run up up and down the hills of the North Downs, followed by a tough 24-mile bike ride along Box Hill (the same loop used by the 2012 Olympic road cycling race), followed by another eight-mile run.

Andy Sallnow, Sporting Events Manager at this year's sponsors Prostate Cancer UK, said: "This will provide an opportunity to raise essential funds that will help us support more men with prostate cancer, provide vital information and find answers by funding research into causes and treatments."
