The organisers of Challenge Vichy have released video highlights of this year's event, charting its unfolding from pre-race preparations for the 1,400 triathletes involved through to the closing ceremony.

While British elites were absent from the winner's podium, the age-groupers brought home six medals. Astonishingly, half of those medals were claimed by members of one Dorset-based tri club, TriPurbeck, as 220 learnt yesterday.
