The organisers of BodyPower have announced a major development surrounding the endurance feature at the show; to take place at Birmingham’s NEC over 17th – 19 May 2013.

Not only will Endurance City be run in association with British Triathlon, BodyPower Expo has also teamed up with 220 Triathlon as the official media partner and sponsor of the all-new feature area.

New for 2013, Endurance City caters for the huge growth area within the fitness industry. As triathlons grow ever more popular, BodyPower can offer its visitors an array of both individual and team challenges, including an indoor triathlon competition complete with Endless Pool, Watt Bike Power Output Challenge and a Concept2 Rowing Championship.

The feature area also approaches endurance on an educational basis, catering for all levels of runners, rowers, cyclists and triathletes with a range of tailored, performance focused topics on training, nutrition and recovery. Highlights include seminars on performance analysis with Vo2 and power output testing.

BodyPower Expo will offer its 40,000 visitors an ever-growing range of exhibitors, from nutrition and healthy eating, through to equipment, endurance and clothing. Over 100 companies have already signed up to BodyPower for 2013 including many recognised endurance brands such as USN, CytoSport, booost and Versaclimber. The Expo will also provide a host of new and exciting brands to help increase consumer knowledge of what’s available to them within the health and fitness market.
