Do you want to be a hero for the children at Great Ormond Street Hospital? Then sign up for a charity place at the London Triathlon.

Join thousands of participants from across the UK in August as they take part in the country's largest triathlon. There are places available for the Super Sprint (400m swim, 10km bike and 2.5km run) right up to Olympic Plus (1,200m swim, 80km bike and 10k run).

Alternatively, be part of a team and tackle the Tri for Life triathlon at Woburn Abbey in September. Tri for Life is a great day out for the whole family, with three different triathlon distances: a 10km run for the adults, and a duathlon and scootathlon for children. Donations from these events are split between Great Ormond Street Hospital Children's Charity and two other charities.

All the money you raise will go towards the vital redevelopment of Great Ormond Street Hospital, enabling staff to continue to provide world-class, state-of-the-art care for young patients. For more information and to be a hero, please visit www.gosh.org/triathlon.
