220 Triathlon Live! Seminar Schedule

Here's the seminar schedule for 220 Triathlon Live! at this weekend's Triathlon Show. The big news is that Helen Jenkins, 2011 ITU World Champion, has just been added to Saturday's schedule!

On Saturday 3rd and Sunday 4th of March - this coming weekend - 220 Triathlon Live will be at the Triathlon Show at Sandown Park, Surrey. Here's the schedule for the weekend so you don't miss your chance to hear some of the world's best coaches and two world champions - Chrissie Wellington and Helen Jenkins.









SATURDAY 3RD MARCH – SOLARIO SUITE, FIRST FLOOR


10.00am Chrissie Wellington MBE – Q&A session with the four-time Ironman World Champion, iron-distance world record holder and exclusive 220 columnist.



11.00am Mark Kleanthous – 'The advice you need to conquer Ironman' from the British Triathlon level 1 and 2 qualified coach who's completed over 30 Ironmans.



11.45am Andy Bullock – 'The science and art of tapering for peak race performance' from the award-winning level 3 British Triathlon coach and head of Endurance Sports Coaching.



12.30pm Joe Beer – 'Bike 5% faster with essential training and bike set-up advice' from the Ironman Hawaii finisher, former 220 coach of the year and 220 columnist for over two decades.



1.45pm Helen Jenkins – Q&A session with the current ITU world champion and one of Britain's brightest hopes for success at London 2012.



2.30pm Paul Newsome & Adam Young – 'Overcome the five most common swim flaws for a faster front crawl', presented by the head coach and coach of Swim Smooth, the Australia-based swim coaching specialists.



3.15pm Andy Blow & Dr Raj Jutley – 'Hydration and performance - how to get it right and smash your personal best' presented by Andy Blow: head of Votwo coaching and ex-GB elite Ironman and Dr Raj Jutley: cardiac surgeon and medical officer for Precision Hydration.
