Aftershokz Bluez 2 headphones review

Aftershokz have come an awfully long way in the last year or so, and their latest Bluez 2 Bluetooth headphones are a very smart package indeed.

Pairing is simple which, given the trouble we’ve had with certain Bluetooth devices in the past, is a real plus.

Sound quality is better than ever and the two equalizer settings give you a slight variance in tone if you want more or less bass.

We don’t advocate riding with headphones, but if you insist on doing so then the Bluez 2 are ideal as they let in a decent amount of ambient noise (they don’t sit in the ears), meaning you can still hear what’s going on around you.

They work well while running, too. And although the strap behind the head doesn’t sit that snugly, it doesn’t move unless you really bounce in your stride – which is an added incentive to smooth out that run style!

Verdict: Better sound quality, excellent for exercise and safe to boot, 80%
