This suit is not for those swimmers who like to blend in by the poolside. Its bright-green Hurricane design is ‘lively’, and in its packaging you’ll be inclined to keep it there… but once on it might actually surprise you. It looks particularly good in sunny conditions.

It’s aimed at the performance swimmer, with a great deal of thought having obviously gone into the flat-binding strap system. The straps are thinner than on a lot of suits, so allow the shoulders a lot of freedom in the water, but don’t rub or chafe as some suits of this style can.

For a thinner-strapped suit, it offers an impressive level of support across the chest and shoulders, and is ideal for women putting in a lot of water mileage.

Another thing to be aware of is that it’s made from nylon and spandex, so may not last as well as other suits over time.
