Containing 32% Hunza apricots, the other key ingredients are rice syrup, oatmeal, rice crisps and a sprinkling of walnuts.
The result is a bar that impressed our testers thanks to a firm, chewy texture that manages to somehow be nicely moist while retaining a slight crunch.
The apricot flavour was authentic, with perfect sweetness, and was balanced with a slightly nutty taste from the walnuts.
Out on the road, it felt satisfying without being heavy or rich and only its relatively high price works against it.
