The hook of the latest incarnation of Powerbar’s Protein Plus Sportsmilk is that each bottle is two 25g servings of protein, one to be taken straight after training and the second serving to be taken 3-4 hours later.

The drink is aimed at aiding recovery after intense sessions and contains 23g of essential amino acids, less than 1% of fat and 25g of carbohydrates derived from the 90% milk content. The Protein Plus Sportsmilk comes in both chocolate and vanilla.
