Endura Ultralite

The Endura Ultralite jacket is a lightweight shell made from 100% nylon, which helps to keep the weight to a minimum. The jacket is well-designed, with the asymmetric zip proving popular among the testers. A few reflective patches and a zipped pocket, which the garment can be folded into, complete the body detailing.

The cuffs include a thumb loop, ensuring the jacket doesn’t ride up the arms – which is a nice touch – although opinion is divided as to how comfortable handle bar grip is when the thumb loops are used. But this isn’t a huge issue as you don’t have to use them, and the stretchy cuffs help the sleeves stay securely in place. On the negative, the sleeves were too baggy. This was reflected in the torso, but that was acceptable thanks to the drawstring waste and collar. The fit does, however, result in a versatile jacket that would be fine to run in.
