Triathlon coach and two-time Olympian triathlete

Michelle is a former world duathlon and European triathlon champion and two-time Olympian (she finished 6th at the 2004 Athens Games). After her successful career was cut short by back injury in 2008, Michelle turned her attention to helping others achieve their goals and now runs Team Dillon Coaching alongside husband and fellow Olympian triathlete Stuart Hayes. Winner of the 220 Triathlon Coach of the Year Award 2010, Michelle works with all levels of athletes from beginners to high-profile elites athletes. She's worked with top GB triathletes Emma Pallant, Will Clarke, Jodie Stimpson, Hollie Avil, Canadian Kathy Tremblay and NZ athlete Clark Ellice. She's helped numerous triathletes realise their potential through her unique combination of energy and enthusiasm, coupled with the knowledge and experience of someone who's been coaching for as long as 20 years and competed at the highest level.
