For Goodness Shakes and all about triathlons are offering six free entries to the FGS XT Festival (www.xtfestival.co.uk) in Camberley on 25-26 September. Plus, there's a year’s supply of FGS (www.forgoodnessshakes.com) recovery powder to the first name out of the 220 hat.

Now in its sixth year, the UK’s largest off-road festival is back. And the XTFestival is now a two-day weekend event hosting all cross-country disciplines from running and duathlon to triathlon and open-water swimming. This year also features a new event – the XTM, a four-hour mountain bike enduro.

 

Each course races across picturesque Army-training land, undulating woodland trails and forest single tracks. While the open-water swim events include an exit and re-entry for a two-lap course of the lake.
