Use this 12-week training plan together with Back to Basics, running each month in 220, to get you race ready for 2012
This training plan is designed for you, whether you're new to triathlon, a mid-level athlete or someone who's been in the sport for years.
Don't be fooled by the Back to Basics title, it's not just aimed at beginners - it'll help triathletes of every ability improve thier performance.
Unlike the previous plans, only the Build and Taper plan runs chronologically from the previous blocks of training.
The other two are in-season training plans applicable to your individual scenario. So if, for example, you're flagging slightly, follow the Recharge Plan to ensure you peak on race day.
