This weekend, all eyes will be on London, as Hyde Park plays host to the London leg of the Dextro Energy Triathlon – ITU World Championship Series. The man to keep an eye on is Alistair Brownlee, who'll be looking for his fourth win of the series. 220 will of course be there to bring you a full race report in the next issue – but in the meantime, you can watch the action live from the comfort of your living room.

With participation in triathlon growing exponentially, broadcasters are gradually waking up to the sport's increasingly broad appeal, and accordingly, the race in Hyde Park tomorrow can be watched live on BBC1 from 1pm. Tune in to see Brownlee in action alongside two other heavyweights of British triathlon, Will Clarke and Tim Don, and of course a host of other elite triathletes from around the world.

And if that whets your appetite for more live triathlon action, then do be aware that the ITU has recently debuted www.triathlon.org/tv, a free live streaming channel which also offers a subscription service offering high quality, on-demand streaming of highlights of all major ITU events worldwide (as well as the races themselves while they happen, of course).
