Those marvellous durians.. I can just see cyclists carrying those around in their jersey pockets! 100g of banana has 75% of the carbs and half the Vit C and potassium of 100g of durian. Just eat two! see conversation

I use a nose clip and still suffer. Resort to using my hayfever medication (Pirinase nasal spray works for me but needs planning to take 24 hours before swimming). Also use saline nasal spray post swim. Often have to resort to antihistamines too. I haven't yet tried the herbal oil based preventer sprays. see conversation

Any tips on correct warm up before exercise especially cardiovascular and pulmonary systems? Should I preemptively take my reliever inhaler before exercise. Worth noting if there are any factors that exacerbate your symptoms eg running next to traffic, weather conditions etc. Breathing exercises can be beneficial although no substitute for correct treatment. see conversation

Why test in a wind tunnel and not a test tank? The viscosities and densities of water and air will have a huge impact on laminar/turbulent flow and hence the resistance of the hand in water. see conversation
