The belt of the bra should sit exactly horizontal and so tight that only two fingers fit between it and the body. Then the belt takes on the main load, and the straps only fix the cups in place and do not put pressure on the shoulders. Otherwise, you will have a feeling of tightness in the neck and shoulders, chafing and even headaches. Or I am thinking maybe I should buy an orthopedic https://ortorex.com/p/bra/ bra? Isn’t it harmful if to wear it every day?

I always take my lenses out for training and use prescription lenses in my goggles.  However for race day I wear my lenses and use plain goggles.  I've never had a problem such as loosing a lens.  Then straight into T1 and sunglasses.  Having said that I always have a spare pair of lenses in T1 bag.

If water is being held in one ear get it checked out. There may be a build up of wax which is easily removed (get a professional to do it). Ear plugs are not a good idea on race day as they can make it hard to hear race announcements
