Thanks, but we get a discount at Chester Tri anyhow.

Of course u can
It would take ages in T1 otherwise
Well I assumed it must be OK, but I've not ever actauly seen anyone swimming in any in a pool swim tri!
Off to get my legs measured then

I see on the Compressport website that they say you can swim in their calf or quad guards, so you wouldn't have to put them on in T1.
Has anyone tried this, what are they like to swim in? Are there any rules to prevent you swimming in them in triathlons?

I rode mine on Sunday at Oulton Park. They went very well. I didn't though!

I rarely bother with the training sessions in the magazine, but I had a go on the turbo this morning at a bike on from this month's edition.
Warm up, the 30 mins of 30s very hard, 30s spinning recovery, Warm down.
My cycling's not bad but blimey that's hard work
I managed 5 minutes of the above, then had to do five minutes recovery pace then another 5 minutes hard/easy alternating.
I'm going to persevere with this, to see how long it takes me before I can actually do the entire set...

(who is he?)
He's some old guy in the US (a doctor). He wrote Triathlon for Ordinary Mortals
and has done loads of races. Only contender I could think of.

Should help you swim more in a straight line.

Before tri I watched more TV, played Championship Manager, and weighed more.

I was just using whatever came with the bike. It's a Trek 1.5 so bog standard Bontrager wheels.
