[color=#0033cc]Specialized transition expert large 56cm I[/color][color=#0033cc] bought this around 7 months ago, the price at the time was £2000 [/color][color=#0033cc]just looking at the specialized website the current 09 model is the same [/color][color=#0033cc]apart from different wheels and its white! price of this around £2400 or £1400 for frame only. O[/color][color=#0033cc]nly covered about 200 miles and used in dry conditions only, [/color][color=#0033cc]obviously selling as used but is as new condition-no marks on frame.[/color]
[color=#0033cc]F[/color][color=#0033cc]or frame measurements in detail refer to website, this is a large frame [/color][color=#0033cc]56cms which i would say suits someone 5'9 and over. i'm 6' and fits [/color][color=#0033cc]me fine.[/color]

Have used www.mapmyride.com to see what that says the distance round the lake is and comes out to be pretty much bang on 5k a lap.

Afternoon,

Anyone else do the Tri last night at Dorney and if so what did you think of it?

Found the first wave was very busy and the start line not very wide to cope with that many peope, Although is a very quick course!! see conversation

Orca Classic Sprint 14th September is the only event I have entered since London although might turn up for the 27th Aug race at Dorney as well. see conversation

Swim was a nightmare, I had not really thought about treading water for masses of time before the start and as a result ended up with cramp about 500m into the swim. Could not settle into a rythmn as so many people and kept hitting someones feet of being hit round the head or tugged on the legs!!

Bike was horrid, saw loads of people with punctures and walking back towards Excel, but again cant complain as managed to get a PB, 1hr 25m 32secs.

Well done to everyone that competed in those conditions on Saturday. [:)]
