I would recommend Cobra Zero, which you can pick up pretty easily from any supermarket.

Make sure you get it ice cold and it really kills your desire for a "real" beer.

After a couple of Cobra Zeros I then switch to a glass or two of red wine.

I would recommend the 2012 Malbec from the Co-op which is only 540 calories per bottle and still 13% volume i.e. A large glass (250ml) is only 175 calories which you can sip slowly with a nice meal or if you are just talking.

My biggest problem us smoking - I still have one or two in the evening. see conversation

+1 for Fibre Flares - Wiggle are doing them for 42.50 a pair I believe.

One on the rear stay and one clipped on the back of my cycling jacket set to flashing at different intervals.

I swear drivers now give me a wider berth as they pass as I'm lit up like a christmas tree.

Just my two penneth ! see conversation

Ok, a really daft question coming.

I have bought a pair of the above said tyres.

Does anyone know which way round they are supposed to be put on ?

For example if looking at the bike front on, should the small teardrop shaped indentations be pointing downwards or upwards?

As always, any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks

Mate - one more thing. Please Google "Alibaba scam" and there are loads of forums about people that have been scammed by this company even through Paypal. Seriously bud, do not deal with these people. see conversation

Hello,

I am president of the 2BABFUAB Club and take great exception to the use of our name and, quite frankly, find your use of the term "'Two babies fighting under a blanket" extremelt offensive. For years we have been fighting perceived stereotypes, particularly from the 1BABFUAB Club, that think they are somewhat "normal" because they only use 1 baby to fight under a blanket.

Our use of babies deserve to be treated equally as there is no difference between 1 baby or two babies fighting under a blanket. Well of course there is a difference but let's not let that get in the way of our perceived victimhood and celebrated "victim status". In fact, if anyone uses that term again then I will meet you at any triathlon meet anywhere in the world and show you just how normal us 2 baby guys are and kick your tight un-busted arses all around the course Ok ? Got it now ? No more taking the p**s out of anyone or anything just in case they "take offence" ok? WE CANNOT OFFEND ANYONE !! IT IS NOT RIGHT ! see conversation
