Price & accuracy would be a determinant & would this turn into a gadget you used infrequently? How often should one check LT anyway? see conversation

Standard reply from me...supplements are simply junk food for athletes.
Bear in mind that I have never raced an Iron distance event so my thoughts will not change if I do, but my approach might! see conversation

Somewhat belatedly as the little 'uns break up on Friday...but my bosses failure to grasp this & make a decision,....oh never mind.

My Summer Tri Camp returns to Birmingham.
Based at Linden Road Pool (0121 464 4500) in Bournville, next to Cadbury World, we run Mon - Friday, 10am - 3pm, running swimming & biking.
At a staggeringly low cost of £50 for the week & a race on Friday afternoon, if you are in Brum area then come on down.
We are running w/c 23rd & 30th July & 6th August, altho the 23rd is looking dodgy due to low sign up (see above!!).
So anyone fancy allowing me & Geoff to shout at their kids in various parks & pools in the locality & return them to you completely worn out, then get on it.
Cheers. see conversation
