There are plenty of things we like about Bryton's Rider 60E. First up, the 3in screen is clear and bright, and the touchscreen is reasonably responsive.

If you want to change a data field you simply press and hold that field until a list comes up before selecting what you'd like to replace it with. GPS fixed on our location very quickly and we had no trouble pairing it with our third party ANT+ sensors.

It comes with a Garmin-style quarter turn mount, which, although easy to use, is not quite as secure as we'd like, and a couple of times we managed to turn the computer slightly when trying to swipe across screens.

The 60E comes with full mapping and navigation capabilities (without mapping is £289.99), plus Bryton's own training features if you want a quick pre-programmed workout.

The Mac interface we used was a little clunky, but updates are coming thick and fast at the moment so that should improve.
