I have a question with regards to Swim training. I am going to pull the pin on 70.3 next year and begin training almost immediately. However due to my job I will only be able to dedicate time to swim training 1 month out of 3 with maybe a few times to swim in between if i'm lucky. Do you think that with big gaps in the consistency of swim training it will still be effective. I am already a comfortable swimmer so I no that I will need to build up my endurance and speed.
The Cycle I am not worried about as I am coming from 10+ years cycle endurance training. The run I will need to work a lot on as I don't like running.
