The biggest thing as well as shedding the pounds is improving my efficency in the water. Having been a rugby player I am not the smallest and find myself tiring very easliy in the water. The run and cycle are things i can work on but so much of swimming is technique based. A technique I am clearly missing, a friend described me as a flaundering whale!!
I am looking for a swim coach who offers video and coaching etc on my stroke and can guide me in the future.
