Room to let in St Albans

Is anyone looking for a room to rent in St Albans. I have a furnished double room, all bills (exc phone) included, with sky TV and broadband internet. My main interest is triathlon so i thought it would be a good idea to advertise on here. Ideally want someone who is Mon -Fri but I am negoitable on this.
