Had a computer crisis, clean & re install. Now Sportsrtacks will not display street or satellitte maps of my routes. Any suggestions as to what I am doing wrong?

if you go into the settings box under the ssat view window, does it show anything under the plug-ins? i have the terraserver map provider and boxes ticked for aerial, topo and urban maps.
