outstanding value, video analysis is priceless - made us realise that you dont look like you think you look when you are swimming!!! got given 2 x dvd's with drills and techniques as well then they put your footage on youtube - if you look for swim4tri you will see the footage that they shoot
cant reccomend highly enough - dan was awesome
