Ill Not train on Xmas day because my Wife is very understanding about me training and the time it takes out of the week, I feel it would be unfair not to spend as much of Xmas day with her as possible[;)][8D]
Win or lose, Sink or swim, one thing is certain, Ill never give in!

What and miss an oft repeated Bond film. Are you mad?!!!!

Xmas will be a rest week for me. (Like everybody else) I need to build up some good-will with the, very understanding, other half and get around and see some family so that week will be mainly focussed on carbo, protein and fat loading.....

Unlikely to train as off Christmas Day and will need all the rest I can get as I'm back working on Boxing Day. It's always a horrendous day in A+E

May go for a walk with the family - does that count as training?

Apart from that no chance I'm training on Christmas Day, I'd get in too much trouble.

Baa Humbug, working all over the weekend and got a 5 mile RR on St. Stephen's Day with a nighmare of a hill in it so will try for some quality time on Christmas Day, I'll try not to eat the whole bird. A big "Nollaig Shona agus Athbhliain faoi Mhaise Duit" to all.

With 4 children ages 8-14, definitely no training for me Christmas Eve or Christmas Day, and probably not Boxing Day either. High calorie intake expected though!

Its a day like any other for me...I've got a job to do...I have a 2.5hour run and a easy recovery ride if I remember correctly...
