Can anyone recommend a good mini pump and saddle bag combo?

I've got

Pump - http://www.halfords.com/cycling/bike-maintenance/bike-pumps/topeak-road-pocket-bike-pump

(Quite good for the size, fits securely under bottle bracket)

Bag - http://www.halfords.com/cycling/bike-accessories/bike-bags/topeak-aero-wedge-bag-with-strap

(Really cheap, does the job)

I use a Lezyne mini pump which is good and ditto fits onto the bottle mounting bracket so stays out of the way.

Ditto use a Lezyne saddlebag - it doesn't really matter what you use mind, just make sure its big enough. I continue to be tempted by the Xlab tool bottle as well (I run 2 behind the seat cages so have extra space)

Thanks for the info, I thought I would get flamed for asking a silly question

I wouldn't bother with a mini pump. I would use C02, once you have tried it you will never go back.

With a pump, even a decent one you will never get it up to the same pressure as you will the gas. you can also get ones that will attach to the frame or they are so small that they will easily pop into your saddle bag on in your pocket.

Just make sure you have tried it out before taking it in a race

CO2 - completely agree re: racing but a waste of money for training and can't be relied upon anyway - afterall you are building in another limitation to the number of punctures you can sustain on any given ride before you have to call for back-up.

Totally agree Andrew, but I carry two canisters with me and to be honest thats inline with my personal patience threshold  after two pops I go all fatalist and admit today just isn't my day and ring the missus!

I like vibrelli mini bike pump, it is cheaper price, and very good. As for saddle bags, I like the topeak Edge saddle bags
