Pre race nutrition

I am taking part in a sprint tri in a couple of weeks and wondered if anyone had any suggestions on what would be best to eat and when? I don???t have any issues with morning races and normally eat breakfast around 2 hours before with a gel just before the start and this usually does the trick but I don???t really want to have breakfast at 3.30 in the afternoon. Any suggestions/recommendations appreciated. Thanks.

Ben, for an afternoon sprint I'd have a breakfast as usual and a light lunch at midday. Then about an hour before the race I'd have a banana and a coffee. No need for more.
