Finding your weakest discipline:I want to know how my paces measure up compared to others, as I'm not sure where to focus my conditioning efforts and where I'll get the best return. I haven't done a good indicator race, but I know my thresholds:Swim 1:43 /100m, Bike 285W, Run 3:35 /km.
