just thought would share this as made me chuckle!

last weekend was down at the LBS just sorting one or two things on my bike! My mrs has now done her first tri and has definately got the bug! In the bike shop were looking at some time trial bikes and sexy road bikes!

On the way home in the car she said....."i am feeling horny!"

I replied " that must be the bike shop then"

Brilliant!!!!

The flip side is I don't have to buy my bike a bottle of red wine to be allowed near the saddle! It never wants to 'talk'. And, thanks to this familiarity, i can go for almost 3 hours on my bike.

All pretty much the same to me. Whichever way, when you get a flat you have to stop what you're doing and try and pump it up again!

Neither let success go to your head, nor failure to your heart

At my age if that happened I would resign myself to a DNF!

Running, cycling OK; but at swimming, I'm like a fish out of water.

Gents, I think you will find that us ladies have no objection to a DNF from our men!

Means more time in the saddle for us!
