delicate question

Hi all, Bit of a problem. Ive been running for sometime in ordinary looseish shorts, since upping the mileage they have been practically drawing blood around the bottoms of them. A friend suggested the tighter type of short which I have bought, this cured the chaffing on my thighs but has now left my ahem!...bits, very tender and nip like hell in the shower after a run[:(]. Any suggestions? thanks.

The older I get, the faster I was.

Just get some lube for your scrotum and groin to prevent the chaffing, similar to what you use for wetsuit chaffing and nipple burn on the chest.

One word -- BodyGlide, works for me both on the bike (80 miles +) and any run [:D][:D][:D][:D]

The above is one of several products, but my bits prefer it to all others [:D]

Vaseline has worked for me when doing half/full marathons. Wearing lycra shorts stops it too I've found.

Pain is temporary, quitting is forever. (Who thinks up this stuff?!)
