my job means I often can't get to the gym an during the winter I am thinking about strength training at home using suspensions straps. They seem adaptable enough to use for tri specific training as well as general conditioning. Has anyone used them and what did you think of them?
Lots of people use these as they are very portable and also dont take up loads of room at home. Good allround bit of kit. Get some!
I have a dedicated Gym near me, I played with them for a while and the strength endurance increased, great for swimming, (shoulders and core)
personally kettlebells seem to work better for explosive energy, just have to get the right training method and invest in the right bell for your physique.
