Tim Don is one of the best and most consistant triathletes in the world, at both short and long distance. At short distance he's a 3 x Olympian, 4 x British National Champion and has won four world championships (junior triathlon 1998, duathlon 2002, aquathlon 2005, senior triathlon 2006)
At long distance he's the British Ironman record holder with a time of 7:40:23 (Ironman South American Championships Brazil 2017). His other 2017 results include winning Ironman 70.3 Boulder and a bronze at the Ironman 70.3 World Champs, Chattanooga.
And if that's not enough he has mental strength in spades... Last year, in October 2017, he sustained a neck fracture in a bike accident just days before the Ironman World Championships, which led him to spending months in a brace, and many doubted he would race again professionally.
Yet against all the odds he has come back fighting and has qualified for the Ironman World Championships 2018 – is there no stopping this legend?
In this guide he will help the triathlete on their journey, whatever their distance or ability, and the detailed training plans will ensure they reach race day ready to compete at their very best. So download the guide and learn from the best.
