The thought of joining a club can be daunting if you’re a prospective triathletes – the idea of being left behind by seasoned competitors is never an appealing one. But with a tri club you’ll be welcomed into the fold wholeheartedly and be encouraged to get involved from the start – regardless of ability. In any case, training alongside experienced athletes is the best way to improve and make new friends along the way. Worcester tri club

WTC is a friendly local club that provides training, support and triathlon opportunities for athletes of all ages. Our 110ish membership has a budding junior section with weekly coached sessions, a small handful of elites and an awful lot of regular athletes. We off er four weekly pool sessions, summer open-water training, winter turbo sessions and riding all year round. There are social events and we try to involve our members to help at our enviable race calendar, which includes aquathon, duathlon and triathlons.

Fritton Lake

The City of Norwich Triathlon Club focuses on junior athletic development with an extensive programme of coaching in swimming, biking and running plus open-water swimming. The club also runs the Norwich Junior Triathlon for ages 8 to 16 as well as a number of social events making sure its members have fun while being active.

Pencoed Triathlon Club

Pencoed Tri is a friendly club open to all ages and ability levels. With an emphasis on quality our swim session is coached by WTA coach, Chris Goulden, a former coach of Helen Jenkins. Cycling sessions are Wednesday and Sunday for a group ride. For our run session we tag along with Bridgend Athletic running club on a Thursday for a session to remember!

Square Mile Triathlon

Square Mile Triathlon, in the heart of the City of London, off ers professionally coached training sessions at convenient locations for those working in the City, West End or Canary Wharf. All abilities exist within the club, from complete beginners to seasoned triathletes – whatever you’re level, you’ll fi t in. Whether you just want to keep fi t and make new friends or qualify for the World Champs, anything is achievable at Square Mile Triathlon.

Tri & Tri Again

A new triathlon club based in Clacton-on-Sea, but holds regular training sessions in both Clacton and Colchester for all disciplines of Triathlon. Conducted under the guidance of Lee Hall, our level 2 BTF coach, who has a physical training instructor background founded in the British Army. The club accommodates all levels of experience and fi tness, incorporating specifi c sessions along with general club runs and rides, all designed to increase your fi tness levels, enjoyment of sport and help you beat your personal best.

TriSport Epping Triathlon Club

Tri-Sport Epping is a friendly club open to all abilities for both adults and juniors. The club has been running for 24 years and has achieved both the Club & Star mark awards. Qualifi ed coaches up to level 3 we have regular coached sessions for swim, bike and run. We are UK athletics affi liated and also compete in the South Essex Cross Country League.

Meynell Valley Hunters Triathlon Club

Meynell Valley Hunters Triathlon Club is proud to off er facilities to the novice and intermediate triathletes in the local area. The club name is derived from the local area to refl ect the local community. It is from Burton-on-Trent, Uttoxeter and Lichfi eld that this club gains its sense of identity and adventure. The club has many training facilities, including an open-water swimming venue as well as an abundance of bikes and equipment to loan the novice or beginner triathlete.

East London Triathletes (ELT) are based in the Woodford/Walthamstow area of East London. The club was formed in 1985 and we’re still going strong today.
